Thank you for registering with Isis Maternity. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review our guidelines and policies. Due to the advanced nature of our class registrations, we are often not able to fill last minute vacancies created by cancellations or switches. To this end, we have created policies that we feel are accommodating to our clients and fair to Isis Maternity. Thank you for your understanding. Registration Policies (All Groups and Classes)

• Full refunds will be given within 48 hours of registration.
• If a class registration is cancelled after the 2 calendar day grace period, clients will receive a center credit or refund, less a cancellation/switch fee for each class. For classes $50 or more, the cancellation/switch fee is $10. For classes less than $50, the fee is $5.
• If a class registration is switched after the 2 calendar day grace period, clients will need to pay the $5 or $10 cancellation/switch fee for each class they are switching.

Last Minute Switches and Cancellations

• Cancellations or switches occurring within 3 calendar days of the start of class, or after classes have begun will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the class and will only be eligible for center credit (no refunds will be given.)
• Exceptions for medical reasons may be made on an individual basis, and will require a physician’s or midwife’s written documentation.
• If a class is missed without notifying Isis Maternity prior to the start of class, the cost of the class will be forfeited.
• No refunds or center credit will be given for unused fitness pass classes.

Cancellation Policy for Consults: Lactation and Massage

• Full Refunds will be given for a cancellation or rescheduled appointment when we are provided at least 1 calendar day notice; Cancellations made the day of the appointment will incur a $25 fee.
• If you do not call to cancel your appointment, you are not entitled to a refund.

Additional Policies

• Isis Maternity does not recommend taking prenatal classes (with the exception of prenatal yoga and fitness) during weeks 36 to 40 of pregnancy. If you choose to do so and you give birth early or cannot attend your class for other pregnancy-related reasons, we will issue you a center credit rather than a refund (pending a note from your health care provider).
• In the case of inclement weather, travel may be inadvisable. Please call Isis Maternity two hours in advance of your class to determine if it has been postponed or cancelled.
• If Isis Maternity cancels a class due to inclement weather, we will do our best to offer a make-up session. If this is not possible full class content will be delivered by extending the remaining class sessions and shortening breaks; we will not provide refunds for classes cancelled due to weather.
• If Isis Maternity cancels a class for a reason other than weather (e.g. instructor illness) we will contact clients to schedule a make-up class promptly. If a make-up session is not possible, we will provide clients with a prorated class-only credit they can use toward another group or workshop.
• Only Isis Maternity members may pay by check. Returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee. Re-payment must be received within 1 calendar day in order to hold a place in a class.
