Why we collect personal information In order to register a customer for a class with Isis Maternity, it is necessary for us to collect personal information. We also may collect personal information when you purchase or request a product or service, ask to be on a mailing list or participate in an online survey. Isis Maternity uses your personal information to mail confirmation letters, contact you in case of a change in class time/date, inform class instructors, to give you superior customer service, and to generally make you aware of other products and services that we think you would be interested in learning more about. We store the information you provide in a secure database. From time to time, we may also contact you about participating in a market research survey, so that we can gauge customer satisfaction and develop better products.

When we disclose personal information Because Isis Maternity is a business that provides products and services, its personnel and others may have a need to access customer information. All Isis Maternity personnel are required to protect your personal information in accordance with the Isis Maternity Customer Privacy Policy. Isis Maternity may occasionally use your personal contact information to keep you informed about Isis Maternity products and services as well as related products and services from carefully selected companies. All communications from Isis Maternity will be clearly identified as originating from or sent on behalf of Isis Maternity. Isis Maternity may work with other companies to provide the products and services that you have requested, and we may provide your personal information to these companies for such purposes. For example, we may give insurance companies information necessary to validate your claim for reimbursement. In addition, we may be required, at times, by law or legal process to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about our customers in the aggregate (i.e. without identifying individuals) if we believe that disclosure is of benefit to our customers or otherwise appropriate.

How we protect your personal information Isis Maternity safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. You have the right to access any information we have about you. Please note: We are often asked to verify a participant if two or more people are trying to register for the same class. In order to maintain this strict level of privacy, we cannot give out information about other participants who may or may not have signed-up up for a class with Isis Maternity.

Our company wide commitment to privacy To ensure your personal information remains confidential, we communicate these privacy guidelines to every Isis Maternity employee.

Isis Maternity’s website contains links to other sites and to partners who fulfill our online retail orders. Isis Maternity does not share your personal information with those websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.

If we are going to use your personal information differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will try to contact you via email using the most recent information we have. If you have not given us permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted, nor will we use your personal information in a new manner.
