Parking

Parking is available in metered spaces on Pearl Street or in the One Brookline Place Garage which is accessible from Pearl Street. We offer parking validation for the One Brookline Place parking garage.

Public Transportation

Brookline Place is located across Pearl Street from the Brookline Village stop on the Riverside (D) branch of the MBTA's Green Line, as well as stops on the 65 and 66 bus lines.

Directions

From Mass Pike Eastbound

Take the Brighton-Allston exit (a left exit) after the tolls; bear to the right and proceed down the ramp and through one stop light to the corner where the DoubleTree Inn is on your right. Turn right and enter Storrow Drive eastbound. Take the Fenway exit and bear right at the first light onto Boylston Street westbound. Proceed on Boylston St. westbound for less than one mile. At the major five-way traffic light, bear left onto Brookline Avenue. Continue for 1.5 miles past the Longwood Hospital Area and into Brookline. Watch for Pearl Street on the right after a baseball field just before you get to Route 9. Turn right onto Pearl Street.

From Route 93

Take to Storrow Drive westbound. Take the Fenway exit and bear right at the first light onto Boylston Street westbound. Proceed on Boylston St. westbound for less than one mile. At the major five-way traffic light, bear left onto Brookline Avenue. Continue for 1.5 miles past the Longwood Hospital Area and into Brookline. Watch for Pearl Street on the right after a baseball field just before you get to Route 9. Turn right onto Pearl Street.

From Route 128

Exit at Route 9 eastbound. Continue eastbound approximately 7 miles until you come to Brookline Village. Take a left onto Brookline Avenue (Brook House on right and gas station on left). Make your first left onto Pearl Street.
