Time for Dads Series

Hey Dads! Here’s an opportunity to learn fun ways to interact with, soothe and stimulate younger babies, and try out new ideas for playing with babies as they grow. Similar to our New Mothers Groups, there’s time to practice new activities and skills, learn about infant development, safety and parenting topics, and for general discussion and questions. The four week series allows for continuity and camaraderie among participants as dads gain confidence and knowledge. New fathers enjoy the networking and tip-sharing, while babies love the routine of a special outing with Dad each week. For fathers and their babies (newborn – pre-crawling).

Time for Dads Series are led by:

Brookline: Andrew Sokatch, Ph.D Andy has a over a decade of experience working with adults and children of all ages in educational environments. He lives in Boston and is the very proud and very hands-on father of a young son.

Needham: Ben Gatto, M.Ed. Ben holds a Masters in Education from Wheelock and has taught elementary school for the past eight years in addition to working with children with special needs. When not teaching 3rd graders, playing sports or watching the Pats, he’s surrounded by beautiful women: wife Lisa Gatto (Child Development Director at Isis Maternity), and their adorable daughters, aged 3 and 5.
