Strollerobics

Strollerobics is a great opportunity to get outside, get a workout and meet other moms without leaving your baby behind. This high energy fitness class will include sprints, squats, lunges and other stroller exercises to help you burn calories and tone your muscles.

Strollerobics is available early Spring to late Fall. Each Strollerobics class has an individual start date which will be weather dependent. Please check out our Movin’ Moms class during the Fall and Winter.

The Monday Brookline (start date 4/28/08) and Wednesday Arlington classes (start date 4/2/08) will meet at the individual Isis Center. If the weather is not favorable, then these two class will be held indoors as a Movin’ Moms class.
