Topics covered include establishing and maintaining an abundant milk supply, introducing a bottle, breastpump options and accessories, tips and techniques for milk expression, safe storage of breastmilk, and combining working and nursing.
This class is taught by a board certified lactation consultant. You may take this class either before or after the birth of your baby, and babies are welcome to attend.
