This comprehensive childbirth program is for couples expecting more than one baby. The class covers coping with the discomforts of a growing uterus, nutrition, preterm labor signs and symptoms, activity, recovery and more. This two-day class should be taken in place of a “regular” childbirth class. We also recommend that you take “Parenting Multiples” with this class which focuses on life with twins or more.
