Infant CPR

Calling all expecting parents and caregivers! Based on the curriculum of the American Heart Association, this important course covers CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation – no certification), choke-saving skills (including Foreign Body Airway Obstruction), and various other injury prevention topics. Focus is placed on practicing CPR techniques on infant mannequins. Hands-on practice will provide you with the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one! Appropriate for ages birth to one year. Recommended to be taken prenatally. If taken after the baby is born, due to the sensitive nature of the material and the need for hands-on practice, please arrange for alternative baby care. Babies and children are not permitted to attend this class.
