Great Beginnings

Here is the perfect opportunity to get out of the house with a brand new baby, come to a clean, baby-friendly environment, and make friends with other new moms who are going through similar changes around the same time. Each expert-led weekly meeting offers time for support, information and discussion on topics of greatest concern to new moms: feeding and sleeping patterns, establishing routines and patterns, soothing fussiness and gas, returning to work, child care choices and much more. Infant massage and developmental play activities are introduced each week to explore nurturing new ways to entertain and interact with your baby. Our new moms consistently rate Great Beginnings as “the best thing I did for my baby and myself!” For moms with babies 2 – 10 weeks old at start of group. If registering prenatally, select a class that starts four weeks after your due-date: your baby will then be about 2-6 weeks when the group starts.
