Description

The first few weeks and months after a new baby’s arrival bring exciting changes, some challenges, and plenty of learning opportunities, We have programs for moms, dads and newborns to get out of the house and find the support, information, networking and fun new families need.

 
 
Mom & Baby Yoga - Take four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth with babies who are not actively crawling
Playgroup Drop-In ( 0-1 Year) - For babies 0 to 1 year of age
Great Beginnings - For moms with babies 2 to 10 weeks of age at start of group
Next Step Baby Group - For moms with babies 3 to 5 months of age at start of group or Great Beginnings grads at 10 weeks.
Caterpillars - For moms with babies 5 to 7 months of age at start of group or Next Step grads at 4+ months
Second Time Moms - For moms with new babies 1 to 5 months of age at start of group
Twins New Moms Group - For new moms and infant twins (approx. 1-4 months corrected age)
Time for Dads Series  - Series for dads with babies newborn to pre-crawling
Caterpillars Family - Weekend offering for one parent or both and baby
Social Butterflies - For babies 6 to 8 months of age
Jelly Jam Babies - Music and Movement for lap and floor babies and new walkers. Suggested age range 4-15 months
Pump Talk - Take before or after the birth of your baby (babies welcome)
Breastfeeding Drop-in Group - For nursing moms and their babies
Lactation Consultations - Private consultations available before or after the baby is born
Sleep Support for Newborns 0-4 months - Info to help sleep patterns develop and improve.
Sleep Support for Babies 5-15 months - Class focuses on nighttime sleep and daytime nap concerns.
Sleep Consult - Individualized consultations by appointment.
Parenting Consult - Individual parenting consultations by phone from a variety of child development specialists

Infant Signing - Take with or without your pre-verbal baby
Take Two - For Parent and their older child (up to 3.5 years) and younger baby (6 months and younger)
Isis Abs - Practice exercises that are essential for strengthening your core. Take anytime post baby (minimum of four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth). Babies who are not actively crawling are welcome as observers.
