Description

Each family, child and sleep situation is unique, so finding the right plan and approach is essential for everyone’s comfort and peace of mind.

Our Sleep Classes offer research-based information and real-life approaches to help establish patterns and routines leading toward better sleep. Each two hour class covers the common sleep and nap issues, normal variations, typical parent concerns and developmentally appropriate suggestions specific to your child’s age and stage with three groupings (Newborns, Babies, Toddlers). The small group size allows for individual questions and guidance in developing a Sleep Action Plan if desired.

For more focused attention or to address specific sleep concerns, we also offer individual (phone) consultations with our Sleep Support specialists.
