Stay fit with our unique and flexible fitness program!

Learn how to develop or maintain your strength, tone, balance and flexibility in our fitness classes for expecting and new moms. Babies are welcome to all of our postpartum classes. For greater flexibility and convenience for our clients we are now using a drop-in “punch card” system for the majority of our fitness classes.

You may purchase a 10-class Fitness Pass for $149 ($166 for non-members) that enables you to attend the classes you choose, whenever you choose. There is no need to pre-register! Simply purchase the 10-class card and drop-in to the classes that best fit your schedule. The Fitness Pass can be used for both prenatal and new mom fitness classes at any of our locations in the Boston area including Prenatal Yoga, Mom & Baby Yoga, Movin’ Mom’s and more.

In addition Isis Maternity fitness pass holders may attend any Prenatal Yoga or Mommy and Me class at participating Healthworks locations through August 31, 2008. For more information on Healthworks classes, please go to Healthworks Fitness.

All fitness classes are on a first come, first served basis – please check in at the front desk when you arrive. Single Session (pay-as-you-go) class pricing is $20 for Members ($22 for Non-Members). Fitness passes are non-refundable and expire after 6 months.

 
 
Prenatal Yoga - For all stages of pregnancy and fitness levels whether or not you have practiced yoga before
Mom & Baby Yoga - Take four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth with babies who are not actively crawling
Movin' Moms - Take with babies until they are walking.
Strollerobics - Take four weeks post-vaginal birth or six weeks post-cesarean birth
Lose Your Mummy Tummy - Take after the baby is born
Maternal Fitness Workshop - Take any time during pregnancy
