Sandy has held an interest in working with expectant couples for several years and has had numerous opportunities to serve as a labor doula in a variety of childbirth experiences. Sandy is certified by Lamaze International as a childbirth educator. She is also a nursing student and has plans of becoming a midwife in the future. Sandy is open to all philosophies of birth. She is an energetic, enthusiastic instructor who teaches an interactive class in a relaxed environment to help prepare her students for a positive birthing experience. Sandy holds a previous degree in music business with an emphasis in voice, and a degree in health sciences. When she is not working or studying she enjoys singing karaoke, traveling and snowboarding.
