Lisa is a graduate of Wheelock College with a B.S. in Human Growth and Development. She is also a Licensed Kindermusik Instructor as well as a certified CPR instructor. Lisa served as a Child Life Specialist at Boston Children's Hospital for six years prior to joining Isis Maternity in 2004. As a Child Life Specialist, Lisa provided emotional support to patients and families in the hospital setting and developed therapeutic programs and strategies to facilitate adjustment to healthcare experience. At Isis Maternity, Lisa is the program lead for the Child Development and CPR classes. Lisa also enthusiastically leads activity and discussion groups for young babies and toddlers and their parents. In addition, she teaches Kindermusik and signing classes. Lisa is also the proud mother of two delightful and beautiful young daughters.
